This is the place for all things ADULT at The Paintbrush! After the kids wrap up their classes for the day, The Paintbrush transforms into a creative space for grown-ups. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to brush up your skills, our adult programs offer fun, accessible, and hands-on ART experiences.
En Plein Air (Outdoor) Adult ART Class
New for Summer 2026!
Mondays, June 8-July13*
6:15-7:30
Enjoy an ART Class and the great outdoors this summer and we combine our Adult Drawing and Painting Classes and take them outside! This class meets at The Paintbrush, and we will enjoy class on our brick terrace out front, using architecture, our beautiful trees, and humanity as our inspiration to try our hand and drawing, watercolors and acrylics.
*no class June 29
Teens at least 15 years old may join adult classes.
Weekly Adult ART Classes Spring Session 2 2026: 4/19-6/6 Summer Mini Session 6/6-7/13
Adult Beginning Acrylic Painting
Teens (14+)/Adults
Learn acrylic basics including color mixing, layering, underpainting, and more. Explore landscape and still-life styles. No experience necessary. Supplies provided.
Adult Beginning/Intermediate Watercolor Class
Teens (14+)/Adults
Mondays, 7:15–8:45 PM
Beginner students focus on landscapes, brush techniques, and color mixing. Intermediate students advance skills through guided painting and critiques. Supplies provided.
Adult Beginner/Intermediate Drawing Class
Teens (14+)/Adults
Tuesdays, 6:45–8:15 PM
Experiment with a variety of drawing styles and mediums—from cartoons to abstract art. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Supplies provided.
Special Events & Fun Nights
2026 Dates by Appointment
• $35/person for Basic Package (1-hour class; minimum 2 participants; instructor chooses painting; BYOB; Cups Provided)
• $40/person Extended Package (60-minute class; 30 minutes social time; you choose your subject to paint; BYOB)
• All-Inclusive Package Available
No experience necessary. Come with a date, a friend, or have a pARTy for up to 15 people. Follow the instructor or create your own masterpiece.
